Our business concept began in 2006 with the launch of Dragon Residential Lettings. Our own experience of renting property in the local area inspired us to develop a specialist letting agency, committed to providing a very comprehensive service. ‘It’s all in the detail’ became our watchword and has proven time and time again to be the factor that gives us a leading edge.
In 2007, we entered into the field of Building Management as a direct response to a call for this service by investor Landlords. These owners of property in residential blocks had discovered that the traditional ‘paperwork led’ property management service carried out by both local and national companies often failed to achieve practical results, leading to the rapid deterioration of communal blocks and subsequently their investments. Our experience in security, lettings and property maintenance, together with marketing expertise have proved invaluable in ensuring that high value developments remain exactly that.
