When you contact the Dragonlets office, you will be greeted by a dedicated team of familiar names and faces always on hand to help with your queries. As a small close-knit team, we make it our business to know all our clients' properties well, providing a reassuring, knowledgeable presence for our Landlords and Tenants.
Victoria Lewis
Owner and Managing Director Victoria was there right at the start, putting into place the principles that have driven our success. With a background in global brand marketing and public relations, Victoria initially developed the Dragonlets concept to improve local rental standards in her home town of Llanelli, although it wasn’t long before 'the Dragon' reached out to Swansea, Burry Port and surrounding areas. An absolute stickler for great presentation and attending to details as the best means of letting properties without delay; on rare days off, she can be found practising the fine arts of Pilates and Yoga…
Jan Thomas
Lettings Administrator Jan joined our team in 2014 and has become a favourite amongst our clients for her calm, organised efficiency. A key member of our front of house team - arranging property maintenance and dealing with day to day enquiries is just a small part of her wider skill set, hailing from a premier client customer service background. Exotic travel and flower arranging are her off-duty passions so our fabulous office floral displays are all to Jan’s credit…
Andy Lewis
Co-director Andy is the voice of local experience coming from a background as a Llanelli and Llandeilo based Dyfed Powys Police officer in addition to many years at a senior level in global commerce industries. Andy’s extensive knowledge of building management issues (as Managing Director of our sister company Dragon Estate Management) is an invaluable asset to the daily running of our agency. Time out is spent honing his Archery skills and categorising his ever growing collection of distinctive hats!
Mair Lewis
Mair is our essential ‘go-to’ person for local problem solving, helping our Landlords and Tenants to resolve any queries relating to the wider community, local council and environmental issues. Her unstoppable drive to get to the root of any problem has achieved positive results time and time again. Cooking up culinary delights and coastal walking are Mair’s relaxation at the end of a challenging day.
